REQUESTING TRANSCRIPTS?Â
Transcripts are considered official documents and are typically issued directly by the academic institution or its authorized representatives. They often bear the institution's imprint and are enclosed in sealed envelopes to maintain their integrity and authenticity. In some cases, electronic transcripts may also be available, which are sent securely via email or through an online portal. Transcripts may take anywhere from 24 - 48 hours to be sent. Â

IMPORTANT NOTEÂ TO SENIORS:Â Â
Any student applying to a colleges/universities in Senior year MUST order their Transcripts before submitting their applications, August through October by selecting one of the two (2) following options below: Â

If you are applying to only one school or the college is not listed in your Common App you will select the PARCHMENT option.   Â

If you are applying to multiple schools through Common App, you will select the COMMON APP option.    Â
