Order Transcripts

Archbishop Coleman F. Carroll High School offers two convenient and secure ways to order official transcripts.

Parchment: This option should be used for general transcript requests. This would include requests from Alumni, scholarships, sports (NAIA/NCAA), Internships, Employment, individuals, Trade schools as well as transcripts being sent to colleges or universities that do notparticipate in Common App.
Common App: This option is for our current seniors applying to colleges or universities through Common App which will be processed securely through our Carroll Payment System and allows your transcript to be sent to a maximum of 20 colleges in a single cycle as long as the student is linked to Naviance.

Please select the option below that best meets your needs and allow 24 to 72 hours for your request to be processed.

Transcripts sent via Parchment are $12 for students and $15 for alumni.

Upon connecting their account to Naviance, the $25 common app transcript must be purchased to process transcripts.

Notice: Please do not make payments for transcripts until you are requested by the Guidance Office.
Allow 2-3 business days to process them.
