Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students of Returning Carroll Students,
As we prepare for the 2025–2026 school year, we want to thank you for being an integral part of our school community and provide a few important updates to help ensure a smooth transition into the new academic year.
Summer Assignments
As in previous years, Math and English summer assignments are required for all students and must be completed by the first day of school. These assignments are designed to maintain academic continuity and prepare students for success in the upcoming year. Assignments are linked in this email, or you can visit the school website to access the assignment details.
Course Selections and Schedules
Schedules for the new school year are currently being finalized and will be available in August. In the meantime, students can review their approved course selections by logging into PlusPortals. Please note that access to this information may no longer be available once the current school year officially ends, so we encourage families to review course selections soon and save the information.
Counseling and Guidance Support
While our counselors are available via email to address important questions or concerns, please note that the guidance offices will be closed during the summer. As a result, we ask for your patience and understanding as response times may be delayed. Full counseling services will resume when staff return for the 2025–2026 school year.
Summer School
Summer school courses will begin on June 11th and end on July 9th. If you are required to attend, you will receive an email with registration information and be contacted by your counselor with instructions. Courses do have a $350 fee and attendance all days are required in order to received recovery credit.
We appreciate your continued support and partnership. We look forward to welcoming our returning students back in August, ready for another year of growth, learning, and achievement.
Sincerely,
Ms. Melanie Garcia, M.S.Ed.
Vice-Principal of Academics
