Admissions Process

Admission 2016-2017 Timeline

  • Acceptance Letters Mailed to New Students
    January 27, 2017
  • High School Entrance Exam
    February 4, 2017. The registration begins at 7:15AM and the test will begin promptly at 8:00AM.
  • Enrollment /Registration Deadline
    February 22, 2017
  • New Parent/Student Meeting
    March 29, 2017

Application Checklist

  • Fill out the online Application
  • Application Processing Fee $50 (Non-refundable / part of the online application process)
  • High School Entrance Exam
  • Letter of Recommendation from Principal / Guidance Counselor (you will submit their name and e-mail address through the online application and we will send them an electronic form to fill out via e-mail).
  • Copy of Birth Certificate

Applicants applying for 9th grade:

  • 7th Grade Final Report Card / Current grades from 8th grade

Applicants applying for 10th 12th grade:

  • Official Transcripts from current school including most recent grades

If applicant is an international student:

  • I-20 / Student Visa

Applicants applying for Pax Christi or Don Bosco Programs:

  • Psycho-Educational evaluation dated within the last 3 years
  • Parent / Student Interview with Admissions Committee

If your application is approved, you will receive an Acceptance Letter and you will be invited to enroll.

Enrollment Checklist

  • Fill out online Enrollment Form (link provided upon acceptance to Archbishop Coleman Carroll)
  • Sign Up for FACTS Tuition Agreement Form
  • Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if applies)
  • Immunization Form (1)* / Physical Form (2)*
  • Complete/Signed/Notarized Athletic Forms (3)
  • 8th Grade Final Report Card OR Final Transcripts (Mandatory for all transferred students - Due by June 15th)
  • For all transfer students: Official Letter from school regarding complete Community Service Hours
  • Registration Fee (Non-Refundable): $400 if paid before March 25, 2017 / $500 after March 25, 2017
  • Copy of Step-Up, AAA, or McKay Eligibility Letter for Scholarship recipients
*Florida Law Prohibits a Student from attending school unless these forms (1 And 2) are on File. These forms are available from your physician or from the school the student is presently attending. These must be turned in prior to August 15, 2017.
